From cardio, plyometrics, functional movements, core and strength training (with body weight or kettlebells), our BOOTCAMP program is a great starter option for new High-Intensity Interval Training athletes and a dynamic alternative to current CrossFitters. Oh – and don’t think that means it’s easy! BOOTCAMP is a versatile option that allows some athletes to stay within in shape, migrate to our full CrossFit program or alternate between both.
Above all, our BOOTCAMP is a great program for athletes who want to participate in obstacle racing, triathlons, long distance runs, and other endurance events. Our program is designed to improve work capacity and significantly increase endurance. Finally, unlike other boot camp programs, ours is designed in a very similar manner to our High-Intensity Interval Training program: with the intention to increase overall core strength and conditioning.
