- 200 meter Partner Carry
- Then, in time remaining:
- Partner A completes 1 complete round of:
- 15 Kettlebell Swings 35/53
- 10 Burpees
- 5 Ground-to-Overheads 65/95
- Partner B performs:
- Max Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lb)
- Partners rotate each round at completion of the 15/10/5 round. Score is total number of wall balls and total rounds for the full workout.
- When Partner 1 completes 15/10/5 round, partners switch. Continue, switching after each round until clock stops
