(PART 2) Rotate AMRAP + Max Reps
Partner A performs one full round of…
10 x Pull-ups (no bands, sub jumping pull-ups only)
10 x Thrusters (no RX weight, pick weight that can be done unbroken)
10 x Barbell facing Burpees
Partner B accumulates as many Wall Ball Shots in the time it takes A to complete a round.
Goal = 200 reps
Repeat this cycle until the team has accumulate 200 Wall Ball Shots.
