WOD 

Teams of 3 for time:

  • Buy in: 100 Burpees to plate
  • 5 rounds:
  • 55 Deadlifts 125/165
  • 55Hang PC 125/165
  • 55 STOH 125/165
  • Buy out: 100 Bar facing burpees

*partition reps as needed. Team must use one bar per team only

*Athletes should select a weight they can cycle 5+ reps at a time while “fresh”

This should be a heavy load for athletes relative to athlete
