- Then: *Once The above is complete if there is still time left athletes will perform Max Reps Clean and jerk at 125/175 for a second score. First score is time on part A of wod;
- CAP 30 Min
- *** One athlete must always be holding bar. Bar may not touch ground at any point during wod aside from weight changes.***Only one athlete may work at a time and bar must be in back or front rack in order for reps to count and team to perform movements.
