WOD 

  • AMRAP with a partner in 28 minutes
  • 30 Back Squats (135/95 lb)
  • 30 Toes-to-Bars
  • 30 Back Squats (135/95 lb)
  • 30 Deficit Handstand Push-Ups
  • 30 Back Squats (135/95 lb)
  • 10 Ring Muscle-Ups (bar or chest to bar pull up are scale downs)
  • *Bar may not touch the ground during workout, one athlete must keep bar remaining in back rack position while other athlete works, reps may be partitioned as needed.
