Warm Up

  • Coach warm up

Strength

  • Front Squats 3/1 at 85%

WOD 

  • EMOM for as long as possible until you get hit by clock:
  • Ascending ladder until you cannot complete movements within the minute
  • 1 Thruster 1 OTB Burpee
  • 2..2,3,3….rest for the remainder of minute once reps are completed
  • RX: 80/115
