Warm Up

  • Coach warm up

WOD 

  • Teams of 2, AMRAP 25:
  • 10 Rope Climbs, 40 Clean and Jerks
  • 20 HSPU, 40 Power Snatches
  • 30 DU, 40 Overhead Squats
  • With each round weight on athlete barbell MUST increase even if scaling.
  • RX:
  • *1st round barbell 95/65
  • *2nd round barbell 115/80
  • *3rd round barbell is 135/95
  • *4th round barbell is 155/105

If you complete 4 rounds you do not need to continue to next barbell weight. Workout concludes after 4th round. Please select challenging weight if scaling
