- Teams of 2, AMRAP 25:
- 10 Rope Climbs, 40 Clean and Jerks
- 20 HSPU, 40 Power Snatches
- 30 DU, 40 Overhead Squats
- With each round weight on athlete barbell MUST increase even if scaling.
- RX:
- *1st round barbell 95/65
- *2nd round barbell 115/80
- *3rd round barbell is 135/95
- *4th round barbell is 155/105
If you complete 4 rounds you do not need to continue to next barbell weight. Workout concludes after 4th round. Please select challenging weight if scaling
