WOD 

  • 28 min AMRAP in teams of two:
  • Buy In:
  • 200 meter Partner Carry
  • Then, in time remaining:
  • Partner A completes 1 complete round of:
  • 15 Kettlebell Swings 35/53
  • 10 Burpees
  • 5 Ground-to-Overheads 65/95
  • Partner B performs:
  • Max Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lb)
  • Partners rotate each round at completion of the 15/10/5 round. Score is total number of wall balls and total rounds for the full workout.
  • When Partner 1 completes 15/10/5 round, partners switch. Continue, switching after each round until clock stops
