AMRAP 23: (Teams of 2) 4 Squat Cleans *add 5-10 lbs after each round. 8 Synchro Lateral Burpees Over Bar P1: 12/10 Cal Echo Bike / P2: 12/10 Cal Bike Erg *Rest 5:00 and clean up* 1 Mile Downtown Run to Naughty Coffee Shop. *bar starts @ 75/55 - 95/65 or 135/95 *workout is a squat clean ladder so after each round you go up in weight. *one partner goes on the echo bike, one partner on c2 bike, swap after each round.
