12 Synchro Front Squats @ 135/95
8 Wall Walks *split as needed
4 Rope Climbs @ 15′ *split as needed
*Goal = finish cardio machines in about 12:00-14:00 minutes & work on the AMRAP for about 10:00-12:00 minutes.
F: Rope ascends & lighter barbell.
