Turkish Get Up
In 10:00, perform the following:
3 Sets (Each Arm)
– 6 Single Arm DB Floor Press
– 4 Turkish Sit Ups
– 2 Turkish Get Ups
Then switch sides
Workout of the day:
Tabata Friday:
8 Sets Each x 0:20 Work + 0:10 Active Rest
Rotate after 4 min per station*
0:00-4:00 – Bike (Goal: 8/5 Cal per 20 sec)
5:00-9:00 – Hand Release Push Up
10:00-14:00 – Alt. Single Leg V-Ups
15:00-19:00 – Elevated DB Reverse Lunges
(Athletes will stand on 45lb plates, DB May be in one arm overhead or 2 DB in suitcase lunge position)
