Snatch Waves
For 20 minutes EMOM Athletes will attempt a snatch and ascend in weight for a “snatch Wave”

Goal is Build to heavy single.
Min1-5: Goal is 3-5 Reps per minute
Min 5-10 Goal is 2-3 Reps per minute
Min 10-15: Goal is 1-2 Reps per Minute
Min 15-20 Goal is 1 rep per minute building to a HEAVY Single 90%+

Rest 3 minutes

Part B)
Perform “Isabel”
30 Power Snatches for Time
