– WORKOUT OF THE DAY –
EMOM x 16:
Even Minutes: :30 sec Max Strict Handstand Push-Ups
Odd Minutes: 40 Double Unders

*If Strict HSPU are not there, work on Kipping HSPU.
*Goal is to complete about 8-12 HSPU each round.
*Score is total HSPU completed at the end of the 16 minutes.
*80 reps + is an ideal score!

E: 10-12 reps every :30 seconds & 50 Double Unders.
