– STRENGTH –
Front Squat
4 x 4 @ increasing weight
*Perform 12 DB Reverse Lunges after each set (6 per leg).
*DBs = 50s/35s

– WORKOUT OF THE DAY –
For Time:
3 Rounds:
15 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups 15 Front Squats

*Rest 3:00 minutes

3 Rounds:
10 Thrusters
10 Bar Muscle-ups

*Time Cap = 20 minutes including rest.
*Barbell is light today. Goal is to keep barbell as UB as possible. Be smart on gymnastics.
*Score is total time including rest.
*Consider a gymnastics progression to modify accordingly.

Example: A) Pull-ups on first part & B) C2B on second part.
