2 Bench Press @ RPE 9
8-10 DB Push-ups

*Working on some pressing volume here.
*Same weight all across.

– WORKOUT OF THE DAY –
EMOM x 15:

1. 10 Back Squats @ 135/95
2. 10 Bench Press @ 155/105
3. 5-10 Strict Pull-Ups

*Start in different stations for big groups.
*Use racks for bench press.
*Back Squats off the floor.
*Use approx. BW as a reference point
