*Perform 15 Banded Tricep Extensions after each set.
– WORKOUT OF THE DAY –

Deadlift (1½ bodyweight)
Bench Press (bodyweight)
Clean (¾ bodyweight)
Use three separate barbells. Partner with people who are of similar weight if needed. Perform the movements listed and follow the “descending ladder” rep scheme
Score is the total time it takes to complete all the repetitions.
