Back Squats

Max Height Box Jump

*Move the bar well. The goal here is to improve squatting capacity overall. High heart rate, lower recovery rate.

– WORKOUT OF THE DAY –
AMRAP 16:

9 Push Press @ 135/95
12 Russian KB Swings @ 70/53
15 Box Jumps @ 24”/20”

*Goal here is to move at a steady pace the whole time. Shoot for 4-6 rounds.
