– WORKOUT OF THE DAY –
“Mary”
 
AMRAP in 20 minutes:
5 Handstand Push-Ups
10 Pistols (alternating legs)
15 Pull-Ups
 
*If you have not done Cindy before, consider doing Cindy as your initial bodyweight benchmark.
*Cindy is = 5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups. 15 Air Squats.
