6 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lb)

6 Handstand Push-Ups
8 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lb)

Continue with this pattern, adding 2 Handstand Push-Up and Alt SA DB Snatch each round in 8 min

1 Wall Walk
4 Alternating SA Dumbbell Devil Press
