– WORKOUT OF THE DAY –
5 Squat Snatch + 5 Bar Over Burpees
For as long as possible Every minute on the minute complete 6 Squat/Olympic snatches followed by 4 burpees over the bar, then rest in remaining time.
Repeat each minute for 15 minutes, or as long as you can complete each round of work in under a minute.
Stimulus intended to push each minute, but with the built-in rest each round makes it possible to pick up the bar at the top of the minute.
Scaling Options Reduce the repetitions per round to some amount of work you can complete in under 40 seconds; allowing rest each minute.
