5:00-10:00

*One partner runs one partner holds plank then switch

Round 2:
10:00-15:00
AMRAP Sandbag Power cleans
*Switch as needed

15:00-20:00
AMRAP Sandbag Sprints 200 M
*One partner runs one partner holds plank then switch

Round 3:
20:00-25:00
AMRAP Sandbag Air Squat
*Switch as needed

25:00-30:00
