*1 Round of Cindy consists of 5 Pull-Ups, 10 Push-Ups, and 15 Air Squats.
With a running clock, complete the prescribed work in the order written as fast as possible (“For Time“). The workout starts with a 300 meter Run and 5 rounds of the benchmark WOD, “Cindy” and another 300 meter Run. After each Run, the number of rounds of Cindy decreases by 1 round until the last 300 meter Run is completed.
Score is the time on the clock when the last 300 meter Run is completed.
