– STRENGTH –
Squat / Unilateral

5 sets:

2 Paused Back Squat @ ascending load each set
8 Double DB Step-ups

*4 reps per leg. Use heavy DBs.
*1 sec pause at the bottom of the squat.
*last set should be heavier than last week.

– WORKOUT OF THE DAY –
4 Rounds For Time:

100 Double Unders
10 Wall Walks
20 Box Jump Overs (24/20 in)
