*Perform 9-12 GHD Hip Extensions after each set.
*Do not touch the floor on these. Just to about below the knee.
*Start your working sets with a moderately heavy load.
*Finish heavier than last week.

Death by Deadlift
1 Deadlift + 1 OTB Lateral Burpee
Ascending by 1 +1 each round (2 DL + 2 OTB Burpees…)
*How long can you last?
*Add one deadlift and one burpee per minute, remaining time is rest, once you get caught by the clock your workout ends!
*RX = 225/155
