18 Single Arm DB Overhead Squat
250 Meter Run
18 Alternating DB Snatch

*RX: 35/50
*Switch every 9 reps on the OH Squat.
*Try to go for RX or close as possible today. Modify your DB weight relative to suggested RX today.
