Pause Front Squats
5 x 2 @ RPE 8 or 80%
*Work up to a High Box Jump in between sets.
*Each set add more height to the box.
*1 sec pause @ bottom of squat.
– WORKOUT OF THE DAY –
5 Rounds For Time:
200 Meter Run
15 DB Front Squats
5 DB Devil Press
*1 minute rest in between rounds.
*Goal is to achieve real high intensity during each interval. 2:30 per round is ideal.
*TC: 20:00 including rest.
F: 20s/35s
P: 35s/50s
