100 M Row
1 Power Clean
1 Lateral Over the Bar burpee

200 M Row
2 P Clean
2 Lateral Over the Bar burpee

300 M Row
3 Power Clean
3 Lateral Over the bar burpee….
Etc until you hit the 20 min Mark
