Workout of the Day – March 13th

– WORKOUT OF THE DAY –
“Sandbag Saturday”
Chipper Style with a 33 min cap*

120 Sandbag In place Alt Lunges (sandbag must be on left or right shoulder)
100 Sandbag Thrusters
80 Over the Sandbag Burpees
60 Sandbag Clean and Press
*400 M Run with Sandbag between movements (each partner must run and have their own sandbag)
*Reps in workout may be partitioned as needed

*Sandbag Weights to be adjusted as needed. Each insert is 10 lbs.
