– STRENGTH –
Upper Body Pulling
5 sets:
12 Barbell Bent Over Rows @ RPE 6
8 Ring Rows w/pause @ top of the rep

*We will progress upper body pulling over the next 6 weeks.Goal is to build more strength around your pulling muscles.

*This will transfer well to pull-up bar work.

20 Wall Ball Shots

*Goal is to work on a heavier medicine ball today. Breaking these in 2-3 sets each time might be the best plan.
