– STRENGTH –
Barbell Back Rack Reverse Lunges
4 x 8 @ increasing load each set

*Perform 10 GHD Back Extensions after each set.
*rest as needed in between sets.
*4 reps per leg.
*Heavier than last week.

1 Mile Run
60 Pull ups
800 Meter Run
30 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
400 Meter Run
15 Ring Muscle-ups
