AMRAP 4 minutes:
100 Meter Run
3 Squat Snatch
*Adding 3 reps per round*
*Same weight across, move as UB as possible. 3-4 rounds + each AMRAP is the goal!
*100m Run = Left corner & back.
*200m Run = GNC & back.
