In teams of 2:
200 partner synchro air squats
(arms must remain interlocked during squats)
3000 m row or ski
(partners must switch every 500 M)
150 over partner in plank burpees
(One partner must be holding plank while one partner performs over partner burpee)
150 cal bike (partition as needed)
(For larger classes athletes may start at bottom and work up)
