This tribute workout is dedicated to James “Taco” Williamson, a police officer for 35 years who passed away on February 4, 2018.Officer James was the leading homicide detective for 15 years at Newport News Police Department in Virginia. In 2011, he was diagnosed with Stage 3 Leomyosarcoma. He had a 3-pound tumor removed and given 6 months to live. Officer James left behind his wife, 4 children, and 12 grandchildren.This workout was first posted by his son, Brian Williamson @bi_will_e on February 4, 2020, two years after he passed. The workout was designed by Brian’s personal coach, @jkedzierski77 to commemorate his memory.
