-25 Double DB Burpee-Box Step over
50 M Sandbag Lunge
With a running clock, as fast as possible complete the prescribed work partition as needed. One partner works one partner rests. Lunge may be shared between partners but both partners must have their own sandbag and keep it on their back even while resting during lunge portion.
