“Self Service”

In Teams of 3 (2 partners work/ 1 partner rests)
*Team of 3 must complete a total of 1200 reps. Movements can be any combination of the following, in any order to total 1200 reps.
*You may not do more than 250 reps at one station, or less than 100
*Once a movement is started you must complete it. (Min 100-Max 250 reps per station) Your may work on 2 movements at a time with 2 partners working at a time, remember you just need to meet 1200 as fast as possible with your combination
