Partner 2 600m Run

Elite: 50/70 DB
*With a running clock, as fast as possible complete the prescribed work for 12 rounds.
One round consists of Partner 2 running for 600 meters and Partner 1 working on the Movements. Someone must always be running 600’s and someone must always be performing movements. Partners may switch as needed/partition any way.
