12/15 Cal Bike
14 Front Rack  BB Forward Lunges
200 M Sprint
 
Round 4: In remaining time until clock reaches 20 min mark perform max Front Rack BB Lunge
*Barbell Weight increases by 10 each round as reps decrease*
 
Fitness: R1: 35/45 R2: 45/55 R3: 55/65 R4: 65/75
Performance: R1: 65/85 R2: 75/95 R3: 85/115 R4: 95/125
