Team of 3 Chipper for time:
Buy in: 300 Double Unders
100 Deadlifts 155/205
100 HSPU
100 Toes to Bar
100 over partner burpees ( 2 team members are in plank and athlete working must burpee, jump over teammate 1 and then burpee jump over teammate 2
Buy out (400 M run with sandbag) If no more sandbags 50 lb slamball may be used. One per team transition as needed during run.
**Athletes may partition reps any way during workout**
