12 DB Goblet Bulgarian Split Squats

*use heavy DBs
*back foot elevated on bench (6 reps per leg)

– WORKOUT OF THE DAY –

14 GHD Sit-ups
12 Alternating Pistols
8 Turkish Get-ups (4 per arm)
2 Rope Climbs
*use a KB for TGU.
