With a partner rotate through the following stations as a team for max reps.
Switch as needed. Score is total reps for entire workout for each station.
7 min AMRAP for total reps at each station.
1 min rest between stations
 
Station 1:
P1: Ski Cal
P2: Slamball
Station 2:
P1: Row
P2: DB Cluster
Station 3:
P1:Burpees
P2: Pull ups
Station 4:
P1: 400 M Run with Slamball
P2: Alt DB Snatch
 
*Select your own DB weight for today that you can move continuously
