– STRENGTH –
Squat / Unilateral

5 sets:

3 Paused Back Squat @ ascending load each set
10 Double DB Front Foot Elevated Split Squats

*5 reps per leg. Use heavy DBs.
*Front Foot on top of 2 (45 lb plates)
*1 sec pause at the bottom of the squat.
*last set should be heavier than last week.

– WORKOUT OF THE DAY –

3 Rounds of:
10 Front Squats (95/65)
10 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

*Rest 1:00 min*

2 Rounds of:
15 Thrusters (95/65)
15 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

*Rest 1:00 min*

1 Rounds of:
30 Front Squats (95/65)
30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

*Time Cap = 18 minutes including rest.
*Same weight across all bars.
*Barbell should be light, and fast.
