P1 & P2 Switch, Each Partner Must complete this and each round following
P1: 400 M Run with Medball
P2: Max Reps Hang Power Snatch
P1 & P2 Switch, Each Partner Must complete this and each round following
P1: 400 M Run with Medball
P2: Max Reps Full Snatch
Buy out 400 M run together with Med Ball (switch MB as needed)
*Score is total reps for entire workout for both partners, keep running count throughout workout
RX: 80/115 or 70-75% of 1RM Snatch
