5 PVC Kang Squats
20 Shoulder Taps
20 Sec Handstand Hold

Then Barbell Warm Up

– STRENGTH PRIMER –
Snatch Complex 1:30 for 5 sets

Muscle Snatch + Below Knee Hang Full Snatch + OHS
( 3 sec negative on the way down in OHS)
Build up weight on every set
