– COACHES SUGGESTED WARM UP –
2 Min Jumping Jacks
Then 3 Rounds Of Cindy
5 Pull Ups/Row
10 Push Ups
15 Air Squats

Then Barbell Warm Up

Then 7 EMOM
4 Clean and Jerks Increasing Weight

– WORKOUT OF THE DAY –
“Speed Dating”
5 Rounds:

AMRAP 2 MIN per round:
Begin with 2 Rounds Strict Cindy (modification to normal Cindy)
Then in remaining time left in 2 min round perform *Max Reps of Barbell Movement for that round*

*Rest One Minute Between Rounds
Round 1: Power Cleans (135/95)
Round 2: Front Squats (135/95)
Round 3: Hang Squat Cleans (135/95)
Round 4: Power Clean and Jerks (135/95)
Round 5: Clusters (135/95)
