This Firefighter Hero WOD is dedicated to Carlos Lillo, FDNY, Paramedic, who was killed on
September 11, 2001.
Carlos Lillo, 37, of North Babylon was one of two New York City Fire Department paramedics to die
on 9/11. He was last seen running into the World Trade Center concourse near the South Tower
lobby.
