For Time:
1 Mile Run
200 Box Step-Ups (20/15 lb, 24/20 in) 150 Ball Slams (20/15 lb)
100 Push-Ups
50 Burpees

RX: Solo
*Athletes can choose to go partner or Solo for this Benchmark.
*If choosing partners both partners must run the Mile
All other movements may be split
