AMRAP in 7 minutes
3 Thrusters (100/65 lb)
3 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
6 Thrusters (100/65 lb)
6 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
9 Thrusters (100/65 lb)
9 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

….complete the round of 9, complete a round of 12, then go on to 15, until 7 min mark

*tips for today to go REDLINE: If needed, Reduce the Thruster weight to a weight you can cycle
*Perform standard PU or Ring Row as needed, scaling IS strongly encouraged for efficiency
and speed today!
*Goal today is to learn to push past your limit in a short timeframe as we prepare for the next
two weeks of open workouts
