“AMRAP for Austism” workout
AMRAP (with a Partner) in 32 minutes:
54 Burpees to a Plate
54 GHD or Weighted Plate Sit-Ups (45/25 lb)
54 Step Overhead Plate Lunges (45/25 lb)
400 meter Partner Run with Plate (one plate may switch as needed, both partners run)
On a 32-minute clock, complete as many rounds and repetitions as possible (“AMRAP“) of the
prescribed work in the order written with a partner.
*One partner works, one partner rests.
