– STRENGTH –
Back Squat
3 x 2 @ 87-90%

– WORKOUT OF THE DAY –
“Bergeron Beep Test”
One the minute for as long as possible
Each minute you must complete:
7 Thrusters
7 Pull ups
7 Burpees

**ALL in one minute. The goal is to complete all 21 reps in under 1 minute. Ideally you will complete each movement in 15 seconds!
*Once you are caught by the clock in any of the minutes your workout automaRcally ends *Choose your weight wisely!
*Workout will cap at 20 if you make it! Goal should be 7 rounds! Go HARD, LIGHT and FAST!
